This policy applies exclusively to physical books purchased, borrowed, or traded with Get Books (SMC‑Private) Limited. Digital products, PDFs, or e‑books are not covered.

Satisfaction Guarantee


If our product quality or services do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange books without conditions. You will receive either a full refund or credit.

General Policy


All physical books can be returned or exchanged under clear and straightforward conditions.

We follow the principle of the Circular Economy — no book is ever sent to landfill.

Returns and exchanges depend strictly on the condition of the books, not the time of return.

Book Condition Policy


Our return and exchange policy strictly depends on book condition, not the time of return. We categorize physical books into five condition groups.


New


Brand‑new copy with cover intact. 


Like New 


Minor cosmetic defects, dust cover intact. 


Very Good 


Minor defects, shrink wrap/dust cover may be missing. 


Good 


All pages intact, spine may show wear. 


Acceptable


Pages intact, may include notes or minor water damage. 


Unacceptable

Missing pages, unreadable text, torn or marked.

Rare and Collectables 

Includes first editions, signed copies, scarce titles. Excludes remaindered books, book club editions, and uncorrected proofs of in‑print titles
