Get Books provides pre-configured and agreed-upon payment terms for different scenarios to ensure transparency and smooth transactions.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    Approximately 80% of transactions in Pakistan are COD. For these, a minimum of 30 business days is required for payment processing after delivery confirmation.

  • Online Transactions

    For prepaid or online payments, businesses typically receive the transaction amount in their merchant account within two working days from the transaction date.

Our system is designed to keep vendors informed and secure, with clear timelines and automated tracking for all payments.

1. Conventional Shipping

Items are shipped directly from Get Books warehouses or collection points to the customer. This is the standard method for most orders.

2. Drop Shipping

Products are shipped by the vendor directly to the customer, but with Get Books branding for a seamless experience. This reduces handling time and speeds up delivery.

3. Cross-Docking

In certain cases, orders are first routed to a Get Books location before being dispatched to the customer. Vendors ship to Get Books, and we handle the final leg of delivery.

4. Hybrid Model

Around 70% of the population lacks door-to-door logistics facilities. For such areas, Get Books leverages its own courier network to assist in fulfilment, ensuring that even remote customers receive their orders.

Yes! Courier selection is fully automated based on the preferences you set as a vendor and the needs of your customer base. Once your configuration is complete, the system will:

  • Automatically assign the most suitable courier for each order.
  • Select the collection point as per your setup.
  • Trigger the fulfilment process without manual intervention.

This ensures faster processing, fewer errors, and a seamless delivery experience for your customers.


The payment timeline depends on the vendor’s chosen e-commerce features:

  • Online Payments: Settled within 5 business days after the transaction.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Reflected in the vendor’s account within approximately 30 days after delivery confirmation.
