Finalizing our lease now
Our first company-operated store is finalizing its lease at the National Science and Technology Park, NUST. This is where we're piloting our POS system and store training before rolling either out to franchisees — so by the time you open, both have already been tested in a real store, not just on paper.

QUESTIONS
Before You Apply
You can lease land or shop space from Get Books, or use your own property. In some cases, a surety bond or agreement may be required to ensure the space transfers back to Get Books if you retire or sell the franchise — this protects location consistency and brand identity across the chain.
Training covers our FBR-integrated POS system and day-to-day store operations, and is the same system and process being piloted at our own flagship store first — so you're trained on something already tested in a real store, not just a manual.
One-time costs cover the initial franchise fee, store setup, and legal/administrative fees. Recurring costs cover royalty fees (a percentage of net sales), marketing contributions, technology/POS support, and annual advanced training.
24/7 personalized support and customer service are included at every franchise level, along with ongoing ERP and POS technical support covered under the monthly tech support fee.
