Role: Manager Operations / Chief Operating Officer (COO) 

Location: Islamabad 

Type: Full-time

 What You’ll Be Accountable For 

• Driving Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance for new vendors.
• Customer Success: Build long-term relationships by improving satisfaction and retention. 
• Scaling Marketplace Operations: Manage increased vendor volume and streamline processes for registered vendors. 
• Global Coordination: Align local and international practices for consistency and scalability. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in marketplaces or high-growth environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute operational plans effectively.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM tools.
